Restaurant Management Degree
L’Ecole also offers a Culinary and Restaurant Management Associate of Occupational Studies Degree. In this seventy week program, you will be trained in all the areas offered in the Diploma in Culinary Fundamentals program. This associate degree will also focus on the knowledge needed and the development of skills for restaurant business management and administration. It will give you proper training in marketing, food safety, customer service, legalities and leadership.
